OSHA-Mandated Written Policies
We develop written policies that comply with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910 General Industry regulations. All policies contain general OSHA requirements as well as company specific elements.
Safety Compliance, Inc. Services
We develop company specific, OSHA-mandated written safety policies, we provide employee training on these policies, and we complete facility walkthrough inspections to audit compliance with these policies and OSHA requirements.
OSHA-Mandated Employee Training
We provide company specific manager, supervisor and employee training for OSHA-mandated, General Industry regulations. Our trainings are industry-specific and time efficient, and tend to average 20 minutes in duration per topic with the exception of specialized topics, for example Powered Industrial Trucks (Forklifts) and Permit-Required Confined Space.
Facility Walkthrough Inspections
Though not required by OSHA, we provide this service as part of our overall package for customers that request it to ensure that workplace practices are matching both OSHA requirements and company requirements as outlined in their written policies. Audit findings and needed corrective actions are documented and submitted to management for follow up and close out.
Safety Committee Meetings
Also not required by OSHA, we facilitate periodic management/employee safety committee meetings for customers who request this service. Committee composition is always created to include personnel from all departments and create complete organizational involvement. Creation and distribution of safety meeting minutes is also included as part of this activity.
